With 23 years of experience in the healthcare field, Trinity is passionate about helping people move and feel their best. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Trinity worked in outpatient settings which gives her a deep understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation for both workplace and sports-related injuries. She has gained valuable insight into patient needs at the discharge stage of Physical Therapy.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), she has worked with triathletes, distance runners, racquetball players, and power lifters—designing recovery programs that optimize performance. She has also helped professionals find relief from neck, back, knee, and foot pain caused by long hours of sitting or standing.
In 2019, Trinity became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), focusing on post-rehab training for patients discharged from physical therapy. She works with individuals who want to continue building strength, improving mobility, and preventing future injuries. Her goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and full recovery, empowering clients to move with confidence and return to the activities they love.
Trinity’s diverse background in massage therapy, physical therapy, and personal training allows her to create customized recovery and performance programs that support each client’s unique needs.
