How does Post Rehab Personal Training work?
After the free consultation, I would attend your last Physical Therapy visit with you to see if you are ready for discharge.
Next, you will have a fitness assessment to determine safety to progress before you begin training.
Do you offer Physical Therapy Services?
No. We do not offer Physical Therapy services at this time.
We do have a wonderful, mobile Physical Therapist that does PT.

What if I am not going to Physical Therapy, can I still get training?
Yes. If you are not going to Physical Therapy and still want a safe way to train to avoid further injury you can still train with us.
Do you have body building, weight loss, transformation or diet programs?
No, we do not have competitive bodybuilding, weight loss or transformation programs.
Post Rehab Round Rock is focused on improving muscular endurance and strength after completing a traditional Physical Therapy program.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, debit, credit and venmo.
Accepted debit/credit: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
What are your qualifications & certifications?
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With 23 years experience in the healthcare field. I am also a licensed Massage Theraist and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Do you offer refunds?
Post Rehab Personal Training Packages are non-refundable. Once you have completed sessions, you may conclude your training at that time. Refunds are not provided.
Is there a contract required?
No, there is no contract required. Once you completed your sessions, you can choose to buy another package, buy one session at a time or complete your training.
Are you a personal trainer that does Physical Therapy?
No. I am not a personal trainer performing physical therapy.
It is important to emphasize my scope of practice as a certified personal trainer. Personal Trainers are not licensed healthcare professionals.
What is within the scope of practice as a certified personal trainer & corrective exercise specialist:
Perform individualized postural & movement assessments
Design safe, effective exercises programs
Collaborate with licensed healthcare professionals of clients in post-rehabilitative treatment
