As a rehab personal trainer, my mission is to help clients continue building stability, strength, and confidence long after discharge from physical therapy.

I’m Trinity Wilson, a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over 23 years of experience helping people move and feel their best.
From treating sports injuries and workplace strain to supporting endurance athletes, my work has always centered around one philosophy:
Patient advocacy. The belief that each individual person deserves dedicated time and treatment to address concerns, transparency and inclusion in their own healing process.
