How does Post Rehab Personal Training work?

After the free consultation, I would attend your last Physical Therapy visit to assess your current exercise plan of care. From there safety to progress must be determined and then we can begin training.

What if I am not going to Physical Therapy, can I still get training?

Yes, if you are not going to Physical Therapy and still want a safe way to train to avoid further injury you can still train with Trinity.

Do you have body building, weight loss, transformation or diet programs?

No, we do not have bodybuilding, weight loss or transformation programs. Our focus is on improving strength after completing a traditional Physical Therapy program or after recovering from an injury.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We take cash, debit, credit and venmo. No transaction fees.
